Returns policy

Refunds and Returns:
We offer refunds and accept returns for up to 14 days. With that being said, it has always been our policy to do the right thing when we make a mistake such as sending too many damaged items or sending the wrong category. These cases are very rare but we are human and can make mistakes. If you feel your order has significantly more than 15%, generally considered to be more than 5% above 15%, damaged items or you received the wrong category, simply contact us with photos of the entire mix that was sent. We will always make it right as our reputation and customer satisfaction will always be our top priority. We will not accept ANY returns or exchanges past 14 days.

Quality and Condition:
Please be aware that the merchandise we offer may include used or vintage items, and their condition may vary. We recommend trying small quantities before ordering larger quantities to ensure they meet your needs. It's important to understand that we do not guarantee perfection in our products, and they may have imperfections, including minor holes, permanent stains, or washable stains. Garments are not washed before shipment.

Mistakes and Damaged Items:
In the event that we make an error by sending too many damaged items or items from the wrong category, please email us with photos of the entire mix that was sent. We will make every effort to rectify the situation as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
